NYLON METAL ʹSPIDERʹ WATRO
SINGLE LAYER FABRIC – GARMENT-DYED WITH ANTI-DROP AGENT – AIRBRUSH SPIDER WEBBING ON THE FINISHED GARMENT: Nylon Metal Field Jacket. The distinctive metallic and changing sheen of Nylon Metal, one of the most versatile fabrics born from STONE ISLAND textile research, is enriched with shadings created by the colors of its weft yarns. The fabric has been resin-treated on the inner to achieve light wind- and water-resistance. The finished garment undergoes an elaborate double-dyeing process that enhances the chromatic iridescence of the piece. The addition of a special agent to the dye recipe makes the garment anti-drop. Lastly, an airbrush-applied polyurethane filament is blown by hand to select areas on the surface of the garment, creating a matte shroud with visual similarities to spider webbing.

FIELD JACKET WITH ARTICULATION TUNNELS: Large detachable hood with drawstring and detachable plated visor on Velcro tapes. Two bellows chest pockets, with flap, snap and hidden zipper fastening. Two bellows hand pockets, with flap and hidden snap fastening. Engineered sleeves with large armhole construction, with ARTICULATION TUNNELS: channels of elasticity applied parallel to the anatomical fulcrum, allowing the wearer to adjust the tension and shape of the garment. Adjustable snaps at cuffs. Large pocket on back fastened by horizontal zipper. Drawstring bottom hem. Zipper fastening with two snaps on inner flap to wear the piece half closed.
